THE VISION  

d3 is the region’s first and largest design district, home to leading local and global names in art, design, and fashion. Designed with creativity and sustainability at its core, it aims to foster a vibrant, connected, and conscious community.

Spanning 18 million square feet, d3 features a unique layout resembling a butterfly. With low-rise buildings at the centre, it creates an intimate, pedestrian-friendly environment, gradually rising to taller towers at the edges. d3 is divided into five unique districts, each offering a variety of experiences for everyone who chooses to live, work, or play in this distinctive space. Each district is inspired by its surrounding location, embracing open spaces and spectacular views.

Together, they create a brilliantly balanced environment for living, working, leisure, and cultural exchange — all with strong ties to nature and the surrounding cityscape.

AMENITIES

The Creekside
The Creekside offers luxury waterfront residences and hospitality, complemented by cafés, restaurants, and boutiques along a vibrant promenade connected to the towers’ amenities. This scenic waterfront links the district to Dubai Creek, featuring autonomous electric abras.
Design HQ
This district is built around the existing d3 office buildings and will feature residential spaces, retail, and some of the city’s finest dining destinations.
Soho
Soho is located at the heart of the destination. Low- to mid-rise residential buildings extend outward from the d3 Arena, which will host local and international performers, exhibitions, and year-round events showcasing the best creative talent the region has to offer.
The Nest
The Nest is a wellness-focused district set in a lush landscape, centred around a sports park for families and community activities. It also features a mangrove park and an observation deck overlooking Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary — creating an inspiring space for families and children.
The Lab
The Lab features art galleries, design studios, and artists’ lofts — a space designed to foster creativity and experimentation. With open spaces that inspire dialogue and innovation, it also houses data centres, community amenities, and schools.
